Featuring: Lactantia Maple Butter
My first memories of spices growing up in the village of Punjab, India, were chai spices. My mom used to add caramelized sugar cane to sweeten the chai, which added a very subtle maple flavor that enhanced the aroma of the chai spices. When Lactantia shared their new maple butter with me, I was over the moon, because adding a hint of maple butter to my mother’s chai, brought me back to my beautiful childhood memories.
